01. Products

Through this web-shop you can buy Aesthete products, designed by Aesthete. Our products are made in sustainable materials.

02. Prices

The total price disclosed at check-out includes freight. All prices are shown in Euros and are inclusive danish taxation (25%) as shown on the order confirmation that you receive at check-out. If you live in Norway or Switzerland, the toll and taxation rules differ. See 11. 
Collected goods are invoiced at the current price at the time of your order, and this price does not change, regardless of a price decrease or increase.

03. Payment

Payments are transferred when the order is packed and shipped. We ship on Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursdays. 

We accept payment by following card types: Visa, Master Card, Visa Electron, Maestro. 

04. Shipping

All orders are shipped with GLS to the adresse given at check-out or to the nearest package shop. Aesthete covers shipping fees within Europe. Shipping to the rest of the world is offered at the best rate possible with the best supplier. 

Delivery time for Denmark is 1-2 workdays
Delivery time for Europe is 1-4 workdays
Delivery time for the rest of the world is 5-8 workdays 

If you live in Copenhagen or is near by, you can pick up your order the following day mon-sat 09:00-17:00 at ......this and this shop 

Once your order has been shipped you will receive an e-mail with tracking number and estimated date of delivery. All shipments are insured and associated with a tracking number.

To reach delivery before christmas (12.24.) the order should

Orders from december is can be returned and replaced until the 15th of January of the new year.

06. Pre-order

Pre-order new designs. We produce a limited amount of each style, so by pre-ordering, you are sure to get your favorite style and size in the batch! This way we know what amount we should make without overproducing. The payment is transferred once the fabric is ordered for manufacturing. You can still return the product within 14 days after receiving.  

Pre-order lingerie that is sold out. If a style or a size is sold out. Pre-order your chosen style and size and we will know how many to make!

07. Right to withdraw

Returns should be sent to Valdemarsgade 83, 4 th. 1665, Copenhagen, Denmark. 

You have the right to withraw from your order if the period to withdraw is met: Returns should happen within 14 days from receiving your lingerie. In order to return a product, a notice per e-mail is required. You can not withdraw from the order by not picking it up at the package store, without informing via e-mail. As a danish speaking costumer you are welcome to use this standard standard form.

If you chose to use this standard form we will send you a receipt and a copy of your order confirmation.  The accepted withdrawal period is met if when your notice of withdrawal is informed within 14 days.

08. Returning your order

When you inform the return we send you a return label for you to put on the Aesthete post-box. Go to the nearest GLS package shop and we will take care of the rest. Let us know if you wish to receive another size and we will ship it with tracking without cost - Please make sure to use our size guides and remember that our sizes overlap in the under-bust measurements and are adjustable by 7cm. Visit our size guide.

We take back products that show no sign of wear. Please let us know the reason for returning, we allways wish to improve our products. 

09. Reimbursments

If you select a refund upon returning an item, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs. If you’ve chosen a delivery method that’s costlier than the cheapest form of delivery we offer, we will however not reimburse you the additional cost.

We will refund your money without unnecessary delays and under all circumstances no later than 14 days from the day we receive your notice of return. We can withhold your refund until we have received your parcel or until you’ve forwarded documentation for your return.

We refund your money to the same card used during your transaction, unless you’ve specifically requested otherwise. 

10. Warranty

If a purchased item is faulty – if it has a fabric or production flaw, you have an exchange warranty.

You may make your claim within 24 months of your purchase by contacting us at: hi@aestheteboutique.com. Please be as specific and detailed as possible about the fault or flaw.

Please remember to soundly package the item(s) and get a receipt for your shipment. Save the receipt including the shipping cost details, as well as a track and trace number. Please inform us and we will send you a return label via e-mail. You can then ship it cost-free via your nearest GLS package shop.

11. Norway and Switzerland

If you live in Norway or Switzerland the Danish tax will be deducted from your payment in the checkout phase of the webshop. Aesthete lingerie is made in the EU, and therefor you do not have to pay your local tax, when you receive your parcel. The parcel do have to go through customs and you have to pick it up in a delivery shop nearest to your address.

12. Right of complaint 

We wish to know if you have a complaint in regards to Aesthete. We wish to improve to give you the best experience and products when shopping at aestheteboutique.com. 

If you wish to complain about a product or a service please contact us at hi@aestheteboutique.com and we will find a solution together. 

As a consumer, you also have the right to direct any complaints you may have to the European Commission. This is especially relevant, if you’re located outside of Denmark. The complaint can be filed here: http://ec.europa.eu/odr

13. Errors on the website

We make no guarantees that the information provided on our website is free of error. Prices can be subject to typos, as can information on sold out items, delivery failure and prolonged delivery of goods. We reserve the right to correct errors and/or update the prices on our website without notice at any time.

14. Personal data protection

Aesthete understand and respect the importance of privacy online. Aesthete will not disclose information about you to any third parties, unless it is necessary in order to implement the transaction. Aesthete will not sell your name, e-mail address, credit card or personal data to third party without your permission.
